Over the past two decades, I’ve built and led HR operations across high-volume, multi-unit, multi-state and international environments—supporting rapid pre-opening growth, complex employee relations, and operational structures where execution matters and the margin for error is low. My experience includes work alongside nationally recognized brands, Fortune 500-backed platforms, and leading U.S. retail and hospitality organizations.
